Amethyst House is a locally based nonprofit organization with eleven full-time employees and five part-time employees. They maintain an eighteen member board of directors. Together, employees and the board work as a collaborative to service their clients and to help them in achieving their recovery goals. Amethyst House prides itself in professionalism, but they also like to have fun. Their team is committed to being there to support all individuals on their path to recovery. The organization offers both residential treatment programs and intensive outpatient programs depending on the urgency and severity of each individual’s needs. Those who participate in residential programming live on site and participate in recovery protocols, counseling and peer networking. Outpatient services include AA and NA meetings, as well as targeted programming to support a full recovery from chemical dependence.
