East Oakland Community Project is a multi-service organization that provides emergency and transitional housing for individuals in Alameda County. They offer accommodations and holistic services to unhoused people, including those with HIV/AIDS. East Oakland Community Project consists of four programs: Crossroads Emergency Housing, Matilda Cleveland Transitional housing, Families in Transition Transitional Housing and Our House Transitional Housing for Young Adults. Each program is designed to meet the needs of a specific population. Crossroads Emergency Housing offers job services, mental health and chemical dependence counseling. Transitional housing programs for families provide case management and 24-hour support from community members. Our House serves unhoused youth ages 14-23. Those in need can contact the program directly to discuss housing needs and intake.
