The Federal Public Defender for the Western District of Tennessee’s Jackson office is a branch of the federal public defender’s office for the Western District of Tennessee. With two panel attorneys on staff, the Jackson office works to provide legal representation to those persons accused of a crime against the United States who are financially unable to afford private counsel.
