Federal Public Defender for the Western District of Texas’s El Paso Office
The Federal Public Defender for the Western District of Texas’s El Paso Office is a branch of the federal public defender’s office for the Western District of Texas. With one federal public defender, one first assistant federal public defender, two supervisory first assistants federal public defender, and 18 panel attorneys on staff, the El Paso office provides defense services in federal criminal cases and other covered matters to individuals who are financially unable to obtain adequate representation.
