Mountain Top Transitional Homes is a community based organization committed to supporting individuals during the reentry process. Mountain Top Transitional Homes offers staff to assist with working around barriers to recovery as well as helping individuals to achieve their personal and required goals. They are not a halfway house. Instead, Mountain Top Transitional Homes rents to individuals who are rebuilding their lives and working towards sustainable employment, permanent housing and self-sufficient, independent living. They have dedicated staff who can offer one on one mentorship to work with individuals who require additional assistance meeting their needs and goals. While transitional housing is their primary services, all residents also receive access to individualized case management, peer mentorship workshops and coursework. This holistic approach is designed to give individuals the best chance at permanent recovery.
