Network Lobby for Catholic Social Justice (NETWORK) is a faith-based organization that works to create a society that promotes justice and the dignity of all in the shared abundance of God’s creation. Its mission is to become a Catholic leader in the global movement for justice and peace, educate, organize and lobby for economic and social transformation. They proclaim women’s leadership, welcome people from religious and secular backgrounds as well as the LGBTQ+ community. NETWORK works to protect immigrant’s rights, justly compensated jobs and quality healthcare for all, affordable housing, food assistance and safety-net programs for all who need them, change structures that cause poverty and inequality. NETWORK Advocates for Federal Policies that restore equity and proportionality in sentencing, and eliminate racial inequality in sentencing and throughout the criminal-legal system; invest in rehabilitation and build viable paths for successful reintegration into society; remove barriers to employment, economic stability, and solvency; reduce spending on prisons and instead direct savings to support the common good and restore the sanctity of human life by enacting meaningful gun reform policies that reduce gun violence across the nation.
