Progressive Prison Ministries provides the world’s first ministry specifically serving white collar justice communities. They are a nonprofit organization committed to serving individuals of all faiths. Progressive Prison Ministries focuses on accepting responsibility for one’s actions, spiritual guidance and restorative justice. Their White Collar Support Group meets every Monday via Zoom to offer mentorship and guidance for formerly incarcerated individuals with convictions for white collar crimes. One of the guiding principles of the organization is to help those who want to come out of isolation reclaim themselves and start on a pathway toward healing. That begins with acknowledging their wrongdoing and the people they have harmed. In addition to regularly schedule support groups, Progressive Prison Ministries hosts or co-hosts numerous events for white collar justice communities, including conferences, a visiting speaker series and podcasts. For more information about available services, or to request support, individuals can contact the organization directly.
