Project Return is an organization based in Tennessee that is solely dedicated to the successful new beginnings of people who are returning to our community after incarceration. We provide the resources and services needed to gain employment and build full and free lives. They work in jails and prisons every day, sparking connections with the men and women who are doing time and will soon gain their freedom in our community. Project Return delivers a 3-day curriculum – every week, to a new group of just-released individuals – that emphasizes soft skills and gets people job-ready. Through their social enterprise, they engage their people as productive members of society generating revenue for economic growth. Transitional employment through PRO Employment (PROe) provides a starting income and PRO Housing (PROH) apartments give people a place to call home.
