Shepherds Fold is a transition home designed to address the specific needs of men at risk of recidivism and support successful reentry. Their program is designed to provide opportunities that support successful transformations to empower, strengthen and create productive, contributing members of society. Support offerings include food, shelter and clothing, as well as programming to help obtain an education, employment and relapse prevention.
