The Lord’s Place is a faith-based organization committed to ending the homelessness crisis in the West Palm Beach community. Their mission is to disrupt the cycle of homelessness by offering innovative, compassionate and effective services to men, women, and children in their community. Housing services include assistance entering housing programs, as well as residence in one of their supportive housing spaces. Supportive housing spaces combine immediate residential support with ongoing services such as peer mentorship, counseling and personal development workshops. Job training and vocational services include a job readiness program that prepares and places participants in viable employment opportunities. The Lord’s Place also offers street outreach and a care team that focus on immediate care and intervention for individuals in crisis. Reentry services support individuals through the Sago Palm Reentry Center and help ensure a successful return to the community.
