Truth Outreach Center is a community based organization committed to breaking the cycle of incarceration through targeted supports for individuals. The organization understands that comprehensive services for justice involved individuals can significantly reduce recidivism by improving opportunities for employment, housing assistance, proper healthcare for substance abuse or mental health treatment, and assistance with education. The organization hopes to serve adult men and women that have been convicted of a crime and returned back into the Metropolitan Atlanta area. These individuals are determined to begin a new life and avoid reoffense. Truth Outreach Center (TOC) also provides a full service program that helps female and male domestic violence victims through counseling, mentoring, and clothing for a new beginning and offers resources for transitional housing services. Currently, there are more than 3000 homeless veterans across the state of Georgia. Truth Outreach Center (TOC) is tasked with reducing veteran homelessness by offering job training, interview skills, support counseling and a food and clothing pantry.
